Despite being from a poor family, his mother got him admitted to an English medium school for his good studies, but he was not good at his studies during his school days. Once when he failed, seeing tears in his mother's eyes, he decided to do something big and thought of doing CA. At first, no one believed in him, but he surprised everyone by bringing CA AIR-40 in his first attempt.

Manish K Agarwal Rajasthan में Jamshedpur के रहने वाले हैं. इनकी माता जी ने इनकी अच्छी Studies के लिए गरीब परिवार से होने के बावज़ूद भी English Medium स्कूल में इनका admission करवाया लेकिन ये अपने School के समय पढ़ने में अच्छे नहीं थे. एक बार जब ये फेल हुए तो अपनी मम्मी की आखों में आँसू देख इन्होंने कुछ बड़ा करने की ठानी और CA करने की सोची. पहले तो किसी को इनपर यकीन नहीं था लेकिन इन्होंने अपने First Attempt में CA AIR - 40 लाकर सबका हैरान कर दिया.
