Just like you can allow Instagram to show frequently asked questions in chats with other users, you can also turn off this feature in conversations.

Follow these steps and you will find out how you can do it:

1. Go to your Instagram profile page and hit the three lines icon in upper-right corner.
2. Tap Settings at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on the Business section in order to open it.
4. After that press on the Frequently Asked questions option.
5. Now toggle the slider to the left side next to the Show questions option.
6. Confirm by clicking on Turn off. In this case, your written questions will no longer appear at the beginning of a conversation with you.
