****This problem is located on the right side - same side as the travel pedals. The video is taken from the left side - pointed at the right side while laying under the machine.****

Have had many calls about the machine backing up slower or not at all and pedal seems harder to push or won't move at all for reverse. Forward is fine. Here is the most common issue I have found. It seems to be more prevalent when using a mulch plug as grass will come out from under the deck. Especially if travel while mulching is too fast.
