Today we will help a family find their first home. If you were thinking that its a husband & wife or a domestic partnership, nope. Not this time. We will be going on a buyer tour to help 3 siblings find their 1st home together in Otay Ranch. This community is in East Chula Vista. Many of the homes are just 5 years old, or newer. Our fun and young group of future homeowners are looking to find a home that will reflect their youthful and life-exploring demeanor. So they are not willing to settle for just any boring home. They are looking for a home where they can enjoy amongst themselves daily, but be happy to invite their friends over at a moments notice. Entertaining, games, food, and socializing will be the key components to finding a home that will suit their needs, even if this sort of thing is temporarily taboo during our current help environment (covid-19). We invite you to come see some of the homes that they like and don’t like. We talk about staying within their budget, but also going above their budget. In the end, they will be deciding to stretch their budget for something that they like, if they can come to a consensus. Doesn’t that sound like 99% of all buyers?
