Spinning Kicks are very important in Taekwondo sparring because they score the most points. This week, we're taking a look at how to set up traps and bait your opponent right into a spinning kick. In order to do that, you'll need to anticipate the actions of your opponent, so we'll be discussing how to read their movements.
