2 Large Eggs (A size), 鸡蛋 2 粒 (A)
1 Salted Egg, 咸蛋 1 粒
1 Century Egg, 皮蛋 1 粒
75g Minced Pork, 75克 肉碎
1 bowl of Water , 水 1 碗
Salt 盐
MSG 味精
White Pepper 胡椒粉
Sugar 白糖
Soy Sauce (optional) 酱油 (可有可无)

Auntie Ah Choon is a self taught chef who for about 20+ years ran a successful Economy Rice Restaurant, Restoran Jia Ling in Skudai, Johor. With no real formal training in the culinary arts, everything she knows about cooking comes from a life time of pure experience, observation and self improvement.
