Jillybean Fitzhenry is a renowned artist and teacher of acrylic painting.

Jillybean grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She comes from a family of creative people – they were all eith painting, sewing, woodworking or crafting.

She discovered acrylic painting when she was in her early 20s, fell in love with it and has been painting ever since. She enjoyed creating personalized gifts for her family.

In the early 1980s she began putting together and selling her own pattern packets, and her art career as a teacher took off from there.

The World of Color Expo is an annual, week-long event.

The 2017 edition will be held from Nov 6-11 at the Washington Dulles Hilton Hotel in Herndon, VA.

Registration will be open at our website in mid-January 2017!
