🟢食材:
豬肝 450 克
紅棗 45 克
薑 1 塊
米酒 1 湯匙
鹽、胡椒粉 適量
麵粉/澱粉 適量

🟢做法
1️⃣ 豬肝把筋膜剔除,切片,但不要切得太薄。將麵粉或澱粉放在豬肝上輕揉 2 至 3 分鐘,以讓血水跑出來。如仍有血水,可重複洗幾次。
2️⃣ 豬肝加少許鹽浸泡在水中約 10 分鐘以去除血水,然後洗淨。
3️⃣ 將豬肝瀝乾水分,加入薑汁、少許胡椒粉、1/2 茶匙鹽、1 湯匙米酒和 2 茶匙生粉或澱粉,醃 10 分鐘。
4️⃣ 紅棗洗淨後去核,加入 1 公升水和 1 小塊薑,煮滾後加入紅棗,煮 5 分鐘。
5️⃣ 將醃好的豬肝放入煮好的紅棗水中,蓋上鍋蓋,熄火焗 10 分鐘。
6️⃣ 再次加熱至滾時即可出鍋食用。

📌備注:此豬肝紅棗水有益健康,但不宜長期飲用,偶爾飲用無妨。

🟢Ingredients:
Pork liver, 450g
Red dates (Jujube), 45g
Ginger, 1 piece
Rice wine, 1 tablespoon
Salt, white pepper powder, appropriate amount
Flour/cornstarch, appropriate amount

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Remove the fascia from the pork liver and slice it, but not too thinly. Rub flour or cornstarch on the pork liver for 2 to 3 minutes to let the blood water run out. If there is still blood water, repeat washing several times.
2️⃣ Soak the pork liver in water with a little salt for about 10 minutes to remove the blood water, and then rinse it.
3️⃣ Drain the pork liver, add ginger juice, a little white pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, marinate for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Wash the red dates and remove the pits. Add 1 liter of water and 1 small piece of ginger, bring to a boil, and then add the red dates, boil for 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Put the marinated pork liver into the boiled red date water, cover the pot, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
6️⃣ Heat again until boiling and serve.

📌Note: This pork liver and red date soup is beneficial for health, but it is not recommended to drink it regularly. It is okay to drink occasionally.
