Undercover investigation: Life coaches caught on camera (Marketplace)

CBC Marketplace producers went undercover to investigate the unregulated business of life coaching. We found some coaches are offering mental health advice they aren’t qualified to give, and using coercive sales tactics to pressure people into spending hundreds — sometimes thousands — of dollars on the spot.
