Hey Guys welcome back, it’s a new vlog.

In this vlog, I had to rush to Pretoria for my Boss’s birthday celebration. It’s my Boss’s second birthday celebration that I’m catering at, She insists on having me for her events, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support. I got a call Monday morning, dropped everything, and made arrangements to come.

While rushing through inside @woolworths_sa , I decided on a menu on the fly. I served snacks upon arrival to entertain the guests while I prepared dinner. There were 12 guests, including two vegans, which added some stress since I learned about their dietary needs after shopping. Nevertheless, I crafted a menu they enjoyed, featuring sweet potato fries, cauliflower salad, lentils & mushroom casserole served with roast carrots and broccolini, and coconut rice pudding. They even asked for seconds and felt truly appreciated.

My client was extremely thankful for how the night unfolded, from the food and drinks to the playlist and the clean kitchen afterward. I’m grateful for their consistent support and busy schedule. Happy belated birthday to the Boss Lady, her thoughtfulness and dedication are a testament to the wonderful person she is, a true woman of God whose actions speak volumes about her faith and compassion.I hope her day was filled with all the joy and love she deserves.

More cooking in this vlog, did some shopping for our food photography with David. He came all over to Pretoria so that we push a little bit of food photography. I really hope you guys enjoy this vlog. Thank you so much, road to 12 k subscribers. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
