Скачать или смотреть 43184s First Passenger Runs in New InterCity Executive Livery! 6th & 7th July 2022

In this video we capture InterCity Executive liveried 43184 on her first CrossCountry services in it's striking heritage livery to celebrate the 40th anniversary of cross country HST services seen at Chesterfield!

We start the video on Tapton Bridge on 6th July 2022 as we see 43184 (formerly 43384) powering away from a stop on it's way to Sheffield on a Plymouth to Edinburgh Waverley service with 43303 on the rear running 39 minutes late on what must be the first time since the 1980s or 1990s that a HST powercar has operated a passenger service in this livery! This shot nearly turned into a disaster as prior to this due to the HST being late an EMR Sheffield to London St Pancras nearly bowled us resorting in rushing over to one side of the bridge to then go back over to the original side where thankfully the Meridian had moved but during this process my mic fell out so I had to record with the phone microphone but thankfully the footage turned out ok lol!

With thinking this one clip wasn't good enough for a video I decided to capture the HST once again the next day on 7th July 2022 this time at Chesterfield Station non stop on it's second northbound service heading from Plymouth to Leeds this time running only 1 minute late as she powers through in the evening summer sunlight.

Overall a nice couple of days capturing this new celebrity powercar and a big thanks must go to CrossCountry for choosing to have one of their powercars in this lovely livery and I look forward to capturing it many more times in the future!
