Report:

On 12/12/2025 at approximately 12:17 P.M., the Little Rock Police Department requested assistance with a vehicle pursuit on
Interstate 530 southbound near the 3-mile marker. The pursuit continued south on Interstate 530 at speeds reaching 104 miles
per hour.

The fleeing vehicle exited onto Highway 167 southbound and continued to Arch Street, where it turned around and began
traveling northbound. I was positioned behind the pursuit as it passed Spring Lake Drive and was able to catch up to the fleeing
vehicle after Woodson Lateral, where the vehicle proceeded through a red traffic signal.

The vehicle was weaving between lanes and exceeding the posted speed limit, traveling approximately 81 miles per hour, at
which time I assumed primary. The fleeing vehicle brake-checked my patrol unit and slowed to 40 miles per hour.

I was able to conduct a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI), which caused the vehicle to leave the roadway onto the right
shoulder and travel down a small embankment, where it became disabled.

The driver and passenger were taken into custody
without further incident.

While the suspect was seated in the rear of my patrol unit, he began chewing on the headrest. The suspect tore the leather
covering from the headrest and chewed portions of the foam from the seat.
