this is a very real look into my life, to preface I am experiencing firsthand sadness from situational anxiety due to my work, the loss of my probation from my past job as a special needs educational assistant working with Autism. I had dealt with grief from losing my job, and the lack of compassion from the people I worked with. the challenge of team building and lack of support really affected how I worked, and it made me feel unworthy. I hope this video helps anyone who has felt like they didn't feel enough for others, and I hope you see the light at the end of the tunnel :)
