Crispy on the outside and tender on the insides these homemade nuggets are delicious and perfect lunch for kids🙌🏻


🌟Ingredients

•4 skinless Chicken Breast 1000g
(Cut into cubed)
•Add 2tsp Himalayan Salt (or as your taste)
•1tsp Black pepper
•2 Eggs
•240g (2cups maida) All purpose flour
•8g (2tsp) Black pepper
•14g (2tbsp) Garlic powder
•14g (2tbsp) Onion powder
•30g 2tbsp Yellow Mustard
•473 (2cups Water) use as needed
•200g (1 1/2 Cup +2tbsp) Cornstarch
•Oil for frying

📌To Freeze
when the nuggets are coated well. Place it on a tray and allow them to freeze for 1 hour.
After freezing store in an airtight bag for up to 3 months in the freezer!
