curry leaves 2 sprigs
dry chillies 6 to 10 ( up to your taste )
fennel 1 tsp
cumin 1/2 tsp
fenugreek 1/4 tsp

ginger 2 inch
garlics 6 cloves

chilli powder ( kashmiri) 3 tbsp
tumeric powder 1 tsp
salt 1 1/2 tsp
juice from half lemon
yogurt 120g

ghee 4 to 5 tbsp
bay leaves 3
1 big onion chopped
tamarind paste 1 tbsp
gula melaka 1 1/2 tbsp
more curry leaves to garnish

nasi lemak
2 2/1 cup rice washed
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
small onions 2 cut thin
ginger 1 inch cut thin
4 cup coconut milk
