Lewisville is a suburb located just northwest of Dallas, Texas. It is a growing community on the busy and expanding I-35 corridor with a city government that recognizes the need for a robust, progressive police force. Lewisville is actively seeking qualified individuals for both sworn and non-sworn positions.

With this video I got away from the all-too-standard on-camera interviews and senior administrator statements. I was seeking to hear from the officers on the ground about their daily experience and what made this department stand out from the 35 other in DFW metroplex. There are no wild chases and fights because that's not what the police do 98% of their time and I wanted potential recruits to get a feel for the reality of the job; not that's it's just one adrenaline rush after another.
