Why is Mauga so Terrible?

Its been over 10 weeks since Mauga's release and he's in the worst state ever.
Will this ever be resolved?
Will Blizzard ever be able to work out the kinks in a character before a year after it releases?
Will I ever learn to edit a video to make myself more interesting?
