Here are the ingredients for vegetable Momos

Ingredients

For momos dough

All purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water
Oil - 1 tsp

For momos filling

Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic - 1 tsp
Green chili - 2 to 3
Onion - 1/2 of one
Carrot
Cabbage
Salt
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp


For momos chutney preparation

Kashmiri chili - 6 to 7
Garlic - 2
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup- 2 to 4 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
