DC vs. Marvel Mugen Playthrough: Comic Spider-Man

This is a playthrough of my own DC vs. Marvel Mugen build, where I play as Marvel's Peter Parker, the Spider-Man, to take down the various heroes and villains from both franchises.

As I've said before, Spidey is one of the all-time greats and a true classic. Though he's not my absolute favorite, I still find him a good character.

As for how he plays in the build, this is the comic variation of Spidey. So, he has web cartridges that have to be refilled and he's not quite as busted as his MVC2 playstyle. As such, he's a lot more balanced as fighter, so no speedy combos that can drain the health bar in about 20 seconds. To counteract this, Spider-Man now has a ton of more versatile moveset, as he can now counter incoming attacks with a web shield, trap opponents in place and then come in kicking with a slingshot, access to a divekick, and more. While I prefer the MVC2 Spidey, this one's still got the tools and tricks for a top tier position.

Now, this is for entertainment purposes, not a high-level play. I am very much aware that I am not very flashy, I use basic tools, and the screenpack still needs work (Some bugs, portraits don't show up on the versus screen, music needs to be added at spots, and other things). However, I hope you all enjoy this regardless of the quality of my setup and skills.
