Grandmother Potato Salad (written recipe in Its Soul Mahmazing)

Ingredients
3 lbs russet potatoes
1/2 cup celery
3/4 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup sweet onion
1/3 cup green onion
1 tbsp -2 tbsp just Magic seasoning
1 tbsp Garlic Herb Seasoning
1 cup to 1 1/2 cup plant based mayo
1 1/2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 cup - 3/4 cup dill relish
1 tbsp to sugar
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Paprika

Southern Macaroni Salad
Prepare Toona (optional)
2 cans vegan tuna or 1 can chick peas smashed
1 tsp shrimp and crab boil
1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire
1 tbsp nori Furikake
1 tsp-2 tsp just Magic seasoning

Cooked elbow noodles in vegan chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup -2 cups plant based mayo
1/2 cup sweet relish
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup thawed peas
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 celery
3/4 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup red onion
1/3 dry ranch packet
2 tbsp Just Magic Seasoning
1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire
1 tsp hot sauce

Southern Broccoli Salad

1 cup plant based mayo
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/3 packet dry ranch packet
1 tbsp Just Magic Seasoning
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 head of Broccoli Florets
1/2 red onion slices
1/4 cup parsley
3/4 shredded carrots
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Salad Toppings or Vegan Bacon Bits
1/2 cup 3/4 cup plant based shredded cheddar cheese
