The inaugural Community & Police Leadership Collaborative brought 12 officers and 12 community members together to enhance social capital, bridge divides and build the bonds of between and among citizens and those charged with protecting and serving them.

As part of the program, these class members were asked to create a class project that would create camaraderie and further team cohesion among the members of the CAPLC class and leave something of lasting value that will positively impact community/police relations in Tulsa.
