Walking treadmills are great. They’re often relatively cheap, easy to store behind a sofa or underneath a bed when not in use, and some of them can sync to your smartwatch, fitness tracker, or companion apps to more efficiently log workouts. They’re getting really popular as people are realising that exercise doesn’t mean you have to demolish your body in the gym and end up a sweaty mess - fitness is a lifestyle, which means incorporating low-intensity movement into your day is just as important as high-intensity runs and gym sessions.
