Eve Online Are Triglavian good or bad for Eve Online?

I got asked the question towards the end of last week If I thought the triglavians where good for the game. Now im a big fan of the Abyssal sites and love to run them. They look just great and add a nice new aspect to Eve.

However after writing out a response and deleting it and re writing it I came to realise that the answer wasn't as straight forward as I had first thought.
With the fall of Niarja Empire space might never be the same again, in 15 years this might be the biggest shake up to Empire space.
