Always let your melted butters cool and semi-solidify before whipping.

This helps prevent:
• Graininess (common with shea or cocoa butter)

• Separation of oils and butters

• Loss of volume in your final whip


❄️ PRO TIP:
Chill your melted base in the fridge for 10–20 minutes until it’s firm around the edges but still soft in the center, then whip for a light, airy texture your customers will love!
