Under the Banglar Yuva Sathi scheme, unemployed youth aged 21–40 years will receive ₹1,500 per month for up to 5 years or until they secure employment.

This initiative provides direct income support to help young people prepare for jobs and build a secure future.

This Department has been committed to inspire young talents and provide various supports to the experienced ones to ventilate their creative potentialities through its various academies, auditoria, society, autonomous institutions and other bodies, besides the following 4 (four) directorates.
