⚠️ CANNING TIPS ⚠️
There are several different canning methods. Whichever you choose is fine 😁❤️ But be very thorough!! Botulism is no joke. Please read through your instructions carefully and follow exactly.

You do not need to add lemon if you don’t want. I do this to be extra extra careful! To offset any acidity, you can also a little bit of sugar to your sauce ❤️

Put vinegar on a towel and wipe any excess tomato sauce off the jars that way before lidding so everything stays sterile!
