How To Make a Raised Floor In A VW Crafter Campervan

How I built the raised floor and plinth in our VW Crafter self build campervan. On FWD Crafters the floor needs to be raised ideally to allow the rear seats and front seats to be at the same height for dining. I also wanted to maximise the space by building a hidden storage area in the floor.
