This Slant Head Hoffritz is in superb, almost mint condition throughout. The lightly knurled handle is in excellent condition, no scratches, no dents the same applies to the head. The metal carry box too is in pristine condition inside and out. Internally, the case is branded with the Hoffritz logo which is particularly bright and clear. Also included are two metal blade holders each filled with unused Wilkinsword razor blades.
Most unusually, we even have the Hoffritz branded outer cardboard box. This is a real find!

Hoffritz razors are now very rare indeed. Ian Fleming the author of James Bond books mentions Bond in New York - "Hoffritz on Madison Avenue for one of their heavy, toothed Gillette-type razors, so much better than Gillette's own product".
Made in Solingen, Germany by Dovo, the Hoffritz razor was sold in department stores in the USA.
