Puerto Rico Property Tour: Island Dreemz, Bravos De Boston, Vieques Island

Thanks for joining us on another Puerto Rico Property Tour. This time we're at Island Dreemz, a property on the North shore of Vieques, in the Bravos De Boston neighborhood.
“Island Dreemz” is a popular duplex, short-term rental property on the North shore of Vieques in the Bravos De Boston neighborhood. Homes with water views like this are few on Vieques, and rarely come on the market. Sitting on a cliff above the water, one can imagine falling asleep to the sound of waves. The ocean side walls on both floors are sliding glass doors with ocean views all the way to Culebra and the northern horizon. Only a short walk to Punta Mulas lighthouse & Vieques ferry terminal, this property is perfectly situated.

Island Dreemz has two units, one on each floor, with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 baths. Both the upstairs and downstairs units are air conditioned and have natural stone tile throughout each, which complements the white modern aesthetic and colorful Latin American artwork.

The upstairs unit has an open kitchen, dining and living room, with a lush backyard garden and concrete patio. On the ocean side of the unit is a wood deck of over 1,600 square feet, perfect for dining, entertaining, star gazing, relaxing or watching expert surfers on the nearby breaks. Off of the living room is a laundry room, guest bedroom and master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own en-suite full bath with shower. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that also connect it with the wood deck on the front of the building.

The downstairs unit has a courtyard patio area lined with sliding glass doors. Inside is an open kitchen, dining and living room with ocean views through the sliding glass doors. There are two bedrooms in the unit, each accessible via the main room. The bathroom is en-suite to one bedroom, whilst it has yet another door for access from the main room.

Island Dreemz also has a garage on the first floor under the main wood deck, as well as a casita in the backyard ideal for storage, gardening, or turning into an artists studio. The backyard garden is an oasis unto itself, with mature tropical plants, flowers, trees and grasses to keep one cool, shaded and at peace.
