Idea covered basic crossing types with both basic mechanical and electrical interlocking this time we visit the East Lancashire Railway where we see the gate wheel operated crossing at Ramsbottom, and the interlocked Townsend Fold crossing before having a closer look at Rawtenstall West manually controlled raising barriers.
