200g Unsalted Soft Butter
150g Caster Sugar
2 Large Egg whites ( 80g)
3/4 - 1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Sugarflair black extra / red extra (1/8 tsp of sugarflair to add to meringue)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
