Crime Scene Tech Gets Feisty with Alec Baldwin Attorney: 'Stop Referring to Me As an Investigator'

On Friday, crime scene technician Marissa Poppell started to get feisty with Alec Baldwin defense attorney Alex Spiro after he referred to her as an "investigator." "Can you please stop referring to me as investigator?" Poppell said. Spiro apologized and explained why he called her an investigator.

Famed actor and movie producer Alec Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins died on Baldwin’s “Rust” movie set. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for Hutchins’ death. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
