With the world falling to a zombie virus, Hulk and Groot are humanity’s last hope. They fight through the infested streets, forcing their way toward Avengers Tower, where Bruce Banner must create an antidote. But just as salvation is within reach, an undead Thor attacks. One hammer strike knocks Hulk out cold, leaving Groot to face the monster alone. Thor bites into Groot’s hand, tearing it off. But before Thor can finish him, Hulk awakens, launching a brutal counterattack.

Groot restrains Thor, hurling him miles away so they can continue their mission—but Hulk refuses to let it go. Fueled by rage, he drags Thor back, swearing to end him. Agitated by the delay, Groot takes matters into his own hands. He wraps his roots around Hulk’s throat, squeezing until the beast falls unconscious. With no time to waste, Groot lifts Bruce’s limp body and marches toward the tower. The mission comes first—whether Hulk likes it or not.
