Trust me, I have tried everything, yoga, weight training, Cardio, eating small meals, juicing, low carb…

But all these weren’t addressing:
Hormone imbalance
Insulin spikes
Energy Crashes
Pre Diabetic
High blood sugar levels
Binge eating tendencies
