The Aspire North Forms Committee has been working hard over the past year to make improvements to both the Residential Purchase Agreement and the Vacant Land Purchase Agreement. These revisions were aimed at tightening timelines and avoiding common points of confusion that have been observed over the years. One the committee members, Jules Yates, sat down at Aspire North REALTORS® to go over the 12 key points of revision.

The new purchase agreements will be released to the membership on July 31st, along with another video with more detailed explanations of the changes.

Q&A sessions are scheduled for Thursday, August 3rd from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm and Monday, August 21st from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm for any member who would like further clarification on the changes.
