The CA DOJ has released emergency regulations that limit CA CCW instructors to specifically qualified and certified instructors. The CCW Instructor Applicant has to qualify on a range. This is a demonstration of the qualification shoot. The specified target is a standard B27. The target that I am using in this demo is a USPSA target with the B27 scoring zone overlayed. To qualify, the candidate must have 19 of 24 hits in the scoring zone in the allowable time.
