Throughout this quarter, we have been hosting webinars on aspects of our Operational Excellence 4.0 program. In this webinar, we present an overview of the complete framework we work to implement with our customers.

While manufacturing has always embraced technology as diverse as robots, lasers, and augmented reality, continuous improvement teams still embrace their white boards, sticky notes on walls, and paper-based methods. We have worked with our customers to transform their Operational Excellence programs to embrace the capabilities of Industry 4.0.

In this webinar we will discuss how to create a modernized lean management system incorporating digital visual controls, enhanced standard work for operators and for leaders, and a digital management operating system to create alignment from the shop floor to the COO.

Additionally, we will cover how to enhance and automate many aspects of the traditional lean toolkit such as kaizen, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, FMEA and much more.

The ultimate goal of this program is to combine the Smart Factory with the Lean Factory to drive radical improvements to costs, quality and throughput.
