With the addition of Toasted Coconut, Pineapple Puree, BRU-1 Hops, Lactose and Vanilla, I turned the base wort for the Tree House Hazy IPA into a Piña Colada inspired Tropical IPA.

Basic Recipe for 2.6 [10L] gallon batch:
Grain Bill
• 85% Pale/2-Row Malt - 6.25 lbs [2.8 kg]
• 10% Flaked Oats - 0.75 lbs [340 g]
• 5% Carafoam - 0.375 lbs [170 kg]
Mash
• 60 mins @ 152°F [67°C]
Boil 60 min
• 0.24 oz [7 g] Warrior - 20 IBUs
Boil 20 min
• 0.125 oz [4 g] Citra - 5.7 IBUs
• 0.125 oz [4 g] Amarillo - 4.4 IBUs
• 0.125 oz [4 g] Simcoe - 6.2 IBUs
Boil 0 min / Flameout
• 0.125 oz [4 g] Citra - 1.7 IBUs
• 0.125 oz [4 g] Amarillo - 1.3 IBUs
• 0.125 oz [4 g] Simcoe - 1.9 IBUs
Yeast
• 1/2 packet Ebbegarden dry yeast
Secondary Fermentation Additions
• 2 oz [57 g] BRU-1
• 1 liter Pineapple Puree
• 14 oz [400g] Toasted Coconut (unsweetened, flaked)
Keg Time Additions
• 8 oz [227g] Lactose
• 1 Tbsp [15 ml] Vanilla Extract
