In today's video, I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr Sheldon Cooper, Gastroenterology Consultant in the West Midlands at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Dr Cooper has a specialist interest in nutrition and in this conversation we discuss the importance of effective nutritional information in provide best care to patients. We discuss other areas of research and training in gastroenterology and Dr Cooper shares with us his own journey as well as providing us with some greatly useful advice.
