Edinburgh's Ice Bar opens on George Street in a first for the capital

The Polar Ice Bar is This ‘cool’ bar is open until Saturday, January 4. Kept at a freezing -8°C, all walls, bars, tables and decor at the ice bar are made from using recycled rainwater - even the drinking glasses are pure ice as well.

Visitors over the age of 18 are invited to take some chill time in this festive bar experience that has been created in partnership with Hamilton ice sculptors and supporting partners Essential Edinburgh.
