Honey Garlic Butter Carrots Recipe - Easy Roasted Carrots

These carrots are deliciously roasted in honey garlic butter. The carrots are so yummy and the perfect side dish!!

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs carrots
1/3 cup butter
salt and black pepper to taste
4 cloves of garlic
4 Tbs honey
1 Tbs freshly chopped thyme ( you can use 1 tsp dried thyme)

INSTRUCTION

Preheat oven to 425 F
Peel, wash and cut up carrots into bite size pieces
melt butter in pan over medium heat
Add carrots, season with salt and pepper
Mix and Saute for about 2 minutes
Add honey, garlic and fresh thyme
Mix and saute for 1 minute
Roast in pre heated oven for 20 minutes
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
