Tribute To Lionel by A. Waignein played during the solo concert together with Thomas Roelants in collaboration with 'De Koninklijke Fanfare Ste Cecilia Londerzeel Centrum' back in 2015. The piece is originally written for vibraphone or trumpet. Due to the fact that this piece was the 'encore' of the concert where Thomas and I were the soloists on trumpet and marimba, we taught it would be a good idea to make our own version of this piece and I adapted the vibraphone part for marimba with 2, 4 and 6 mallets.
