[fanmade] Evangelion3.0+1.0 End Credits 4K cinema sound as IMAX

I made it by looking at the pamphlet and typing in the names of each of the producers.

It's a virtual 12-channel surround sound. Please enjoy it with the volume turned up.

The font is actually Matisse EB (Eva Mincho). I used a modified version of HGP Mincho E instead.
