Rava/Sooji/Semolina - 1/4 Kg
Butter/Ghee(Clarified Butter) - 1/4 Kg
Sugar - 400 or 450 grams (as needed)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp (use only if using unsalted butter or ghee)
