i am SO SORRY for the poor editing quality of this video, i put in a little effort at the start with voiceovers then just couldn't be ar$ed, my apologies 🙏😭

MAKE SURE TO HAVE ENOUGH SPACE FOR YOUR HOUSE, i placed mine quite badly and had to move it etc and it still wasn't moved enough from the mountain but yeah

this house cost around 8k, at the end of the video when attempting to sell furniture it seemed to offer 5k bucks which i assume is a slightly reduced number from the original bucks spent on the furniture + you'll need the extra 2,250 bucks to buy the island :)
