Positioned as the inaugural model in the exclusive Mercedes-Benz Mythos series, the PureSpeed concept showcases the pinnacle of Mercedes-Benz's design and engineering prowess.

This concept car, limited to just 250 units, draws inspiration from legendary race cars, blending unmatched aesthetics with dynamic performance. One of its standout features is the HALO system, a safety mechanism derived directly from Formula 1. This innovative component, which replaces the conventional A-pillar, protects the occupants while maintaining the car's sleek and aerodynamic silhouette. The HALO system, along with two specially designed helmets, ensures that the driver and passenger can experience a field of vision akin to that in Formula 1.

The design of the PureSpeed concept is a nod to the iconic Mercedes-AMG ONE hypercar, with visible carbon fiber elements contrasting sharply with the vehicle's sensual, rounded upper body. The car's aerodynamic enhancements include unique carbon fiber cladding on the front and rear wheels, with the latter being completely closed to optimize aerodynamics. The front design features a pronounced “shark nose” and an air intake adorned with AMG lettering, reminiscent of the Mercedes-AMG ONE.

Inside, the PureSpeed concept continues to impress with its unique color scheme and a custom clock by IWC Schaffhausen. The exterior's eye-catching gradient paintwork, transitioning from Le Mans red to graphite grey, pays homage to the victorious Mercedes car at the 1924 Targa Florio race. This tribute is completed with the number 10 on the front wings, celebrating a century of racing triumph.
