I'm sure, you probably saw this one coming didn't you? There will be some givens in this playlist and for this one? I've known it since the year it released. Grand Theft Auto V is by Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive releasing originally on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on September 26th 2013, PS4 and Xbox One getting a 2014 release, PC a 2015 release and this PS5 release on March the 15th 2022.

Grand Theft Auto V's story involves not one but three main characters: Michael De Santa, a former bank robber and father of two/husband, Franklin Clinton, a Street hustler and two bit hired gun, and Trevor Philips, Former bank robber/Michael De Santa's "best friend" and overall psychopath. These 3 characters are intertwined in a arching story involving Los Santos, San Andreas, and the values of friendship, risks of heists and how in a city, supposedly known for its entertaintment industry, has a dark side.

Playable from either Third or First Person, GTA V is a open world game with a lot of content including Story missions, Strangers and Freaks, pastimes (IE, Golf/Tennis/Arms Smuggling), Collectibles to find, and so much more. There's good and bad parts and with this game, which I've seen on 3 systems? They both weigh equally.

Firstly, GTA V has a pacing that is faster then GTA IV if you just play the Story and ignore any but several required side missions, so you may find yourself burning through it quickly and tbh It feels that GTA V is shorter then the previous game. Gunplay is a step down and step up together because the A.I. is so accurate, so it will be a challenge the large scale shootout missions. Music of GTA V is mixed with a range of tunes I don't generally like and some I do with new stations being added later on, and some exclusive to GTA Online.

Some missions are bullshit which include "Did Somebody Say Yoga?", "Deep Inside", "Mr Richards" and some others I've grown to hate, Neutral on the collectibles as a few required a BradyGames guide book I've kept for almost 10 years, Gate keeping players from having their Collector edition weapons and stuff until a certain point in the story, having no garages/helipad/dock for our characters like on PS3 is both *idiotic, and just odd*, and as for Online? I've moved on from that, I was heavy into it but eh.. I feel its time to hang up. Platinum for GTA V? Yeah, good luck, it requires completionist playthrough and exploring everything it has to offer.
