Kalbarri Beachfront Camping | Lucky Bay Camp | BOGGED!

Описание к видео Kalbarri Beachfront Camping | Lucky Bay Camp | BOGGED!

Don't you dare skip Kalbarri on your lap around Australia! Kalbarri is located 6 hours north of Perth and is known for its stunning coastal cliffs, gorges, and national parks.

You've probably heard of Lucky Bay in Esperance, but did you know there is a lucky bay near Kalbarri? We spent a week camping at Lucky Bay, a short 46 km south of Kalbarri, and were amazed by the stunning white sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters. It's a hidden gem that offers a more secluded and peaceful experience compared to its more famous counterpart in Esperance.

Campground info: There are two main campground areas at Lucky Bay: the campground behind the dunes, accessible with 2WD, and the beachfront, accessible only with 4WD! Do yourself a solid and walk the track in its entirety un-hitch and drive it, as the hosts when we stayed didn't offer any guidance on which track to tackle. The track on the far right gores through the middle of the dunes and is your best bet in our opinion.

Fees: $15pn ( $ and EFT available)
Amenities: toilets (chemical toilet required for beach camping), bins, dump point, firewood ($).
Bookings: Not required, pay on arrival.
Dogs: On leash

Attractions in the gorgeous Kalbarri National Park. As we mentioned, a lot of the sites are relatively close to one another and can be done in a couple of days, leaving you a good chunk of time to lounge by the beach and try your hand at catching some fish.
