Doug vs Quartermaster General EastFront. Three turns in his first shakedown game.

Doug plays the latest in the Quartermaster General series. This time it's EastFront, which turned up a week ago. The rules have been read, the game set up, hands have been dealt, and a shakedown game is about to commence.

This is Doug's first play, so there will be strategy errors and rules goofs, but hopefully it's a quick and light overview for anyone interested in this game system.

Quartermaster General EastFront was published in 2023 by Ares and Griggling Games, designed by Ian Brody. It is a light, card driven area control war-game set on the Eastern Front of the European Theatre during World War II. It depicts the war between the Axis and Soviet Union between 1941 and 1945. It takes around 2 hours to play.
