An N1 TV interview with Milena Stefanovic, Programme Manager of Fellowship Programme for Government Officials from the Western Balkans focused on the new call for applications for the 11th cycle of the programme.

Ms.Stefanovic shared her views and experience for the benefits of the programme, its role in the regional administration reform, as well as the potential obstacles and problems in the the whole process of applying and placing the candidates in the EU ministries.

The European Fund for the Balkans recently announced the new call for applications for its flagship Fellowship programme for Government Officials. It is a one-year practice-oriented educational programme which is supporting the Western Balkans’ administrations by educating and motivating the public officials to practice and advocate the European principles of public administration.

It is targeting the government officials from the Western Balkans (Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, Serbia, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina) who are eager to spend a two and a half month fellowship traineeship in the government institutions of the European Union Member States: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

The Programme is specifically designed for government officials working in the fields of justice, security, economy, energy, transport and digital policy, social policy, education, research and innovation, and public administration
